Join our team as a Field Service Technician and help us deliver top-notch IT support to our clients on-site. This role involves hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment at client sites.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with cabling, hardware migrations, and technical refreshes.
  • Provide timely support and updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional presence on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks on-site.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
